There has been recently a spade of attack by the pollinating agent on all flowers and plants and trees. This report came in the wake of government efforts to controlling Biodiversity and genetic resources in the region of Kampala.
According to report received, these criminals, very unfriendly pollinating agents are:
30 bees, 10 birds, soil worms and other suspect are wind and water. The report provides that multinationals in the form of Monsato, Syngenty, and the Seven Sister have already experienced loss in their income and thus cannot pay tax which is necessary to boost the countries GDP. This loss affects their status as one of the multinational corporate.
The pollinating agents are said to be cross pollinating between different plants, flowers, and trees by illegal migration, transporting pollen which Monsanto can easily do by self- pollinating instruments. The worms have been accused of contaminating the plants but fertilizing the soil in the process. Some measures have been taken to control worms by extracting their sap and inserting that in the plant so as to immunize it, on contact with the plant the worms die without lethal gun-shot. With regard to control of water and wind, the government hope to introduce robots controlling winds or alternatively provide wind break trees as a relief measure.

“Defense minister, what is the reason for this insect hunt?”
“As you know multinational are the backbone of our economy, it is necessary that these criminals be arrested after this violent outbreak.”
“For what reasons are these insects said to be dangerous and law breakers?”
“We do not have a problem so much except that multinationals are not in favour of these insects. They want to see them arrested and as law keepers it is our task to do so.
Among other things it has been reported that:

Two days later 10 birds with sharp beak were sighted snatching seeds from plants pods and sun bathing in flower pollen and later escaping from the scene unhurt to other countries across the seas without visa and trade/transporting permits.
A paradox exist that gone are the days when the soil was so quiet and calm whereas today some noise and vibrations have been noticed below the soil surface. Per allegation these train-like energetic worms are said to be main suspect in this situation as the soil landscape changes remarkably so and the plants losing their stability.
The second last suspect in the docket is water in the River Nile transporting seed to an unpredictable destination 640 Km from its source to the Mediterranean Sea at a speed at 180 Km/h. In this case, the Far East International Treaty on water of 1970 section 30 has been violated.
The wind has been brought to book for alleged cross-border transporting seed and pollen varieties and that robs the multinational of the task to self-pollinate the plants.
It is evident that wind is a major suspect as one farmer by the name of Percy Schmeider, was arrested after seeds were blown into his field. A truck passed-by carrying GMO seed and invaded his field through the terminator seed. A new breed of plant variety came up. This new variety consists of foreign aquatic fish genes, which make them to be frost resistance, drought resistance and plant protecting and becoming non- seasonal super crops. Coupled with these resistance traits is a bacteria, called baccilium thiringunus (Bt) found in the soil and extracted using another living bacteria in a rector and consequently inserted in a new foreign species through hybridization process and the crop would be labeled Bt Crop.
The farmer lost the case in the Supreme Court of Canada for some of the following reasons:

How unfortunate for this innocent Canadian farmer has fallen victim of circumstances due to uncontrolled agent (wind) of pollination.”

An amount of 10.000 U$ will be awarded to anyone bringing information forward that can lead to the arrest of these criminals.”
“Mr. Defense Minister, thank you very much.
